Celebrate 'World Gin Day' with two international and best-selling gins at this free in-store tasting in Largs on Saturday 11th June!

About World Gin Day Tasting of Santa Ana & Puerto De Indias

Steven from Indie Brands will be featuring Puerto Strawberry Gin from Spain and Santa Ana Gin from France which is inspired by the dancehall days of 1920s Manila in the Philippines.

Puerto de Indias is a premium gin created in Seville, Spain in the family-run distillery of Los Alcores de Carmona, which has been crafting fine spirits since 1880. Their pink gin has an authentic taste of wild strawberries and is gorgeous mixed with Champagne or Prosecco for a lovely fruity cocktail.

Santa Ana Gin is produced in the Charente region of France and created using Philippine botanicals Ylang-Ylang and Alpinia for delicate floral top notes, in addition to Calamansi and Dalandan for a soft, tropical citrus palate. This beautiful gin is an homage to the dancehall days of 1920s Manila and its crown jewel, the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret, once the largest in the world.
