A calm and open heart is boundless, naturally expansive, without limitation or fear. The heart has its own energy field - a magnetic frequency ready to receive. When we shift out of the head and into our heart, life simply flows. Trust this journey of self-exploration and that you are loved. Opportunities and prosperity come in different forms than you previously imagined. Join this session to connect, breath, move and chant together as One.

The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They penetrate every cell and fibre of the body releasing blocks (energetic and emotional), reducing nervous tension and stress while boosting circulation. The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper inner connection.

All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
