About Time to Breathe - Meditation Retreat
A gift to yourself (or another!) of an afternoon of mindfulness meditation.

A chance to reconnect with yourself and your breath. Join Vicky for this Saturday afternoon retreat where she will guide you through meditations, share mindfulness readings and enquiry and give you the opportunity for some stillness and silence.
Teas and delish homemade cake will of course be served in the break!
Some experience of meditation is helpful but not essential.
