Shamanic Savasana and Meditation with Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow begins with a warm up of simple mindful movements, breath awareness meditations, and breathing practices.

The remainder is spent in savasana (supported relaxation pose with bolsters, pillows, and blankets) as you are guided on a relaxation journey using story telling, visualisation and guided imagery. It is the perfect end to a working week and facilitates clarity of mind and deep relaxation.
