Family issues and disputes can cause acute distress and anxiety at the best of times, however with inflation and household bills continuing to rise, for many this will be the worst possible time to have a family law concern.
As such, we have decided to bring back our popular Free Family Law Advice Clinic, offering free, independent and confidential support & advice on all areas of family law, such as Divorce, Separation, Child Contact & Custody, Adoption, Guardianship, Cohabitation Agreements and Adoption.
Led by our experienced family lawyers, Charles Brown, Cameron Shaw & Chloe Cairns our sympathetic team will assess your circumstances and provide you with free, confidential advice and guidance to ensure that you take the best course of action to resolve the situation.
Recognising the unique challenges being faced by households up and down the country and the way in which family and financial matters often go hand in hand, for this clinic we have teamed up with one of Glasgow’s Leading Financial/Mortgage Advisors, West End Mortgages, who will be on hand to offer free mortgage advice to first time buyers, home movers, buy to let investors as well as those looking to remortgage ahead of the forecasted Bank of England interest rate rises.
The clinic will run over 2 days from 11am - 1pm on Tuesday the 23rd August and 5pm - 6.30pm on Thursday 25th August at our Glasgow Head Office:
2nd Floor, Fyfe Chambers, 105 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1PB (above Wagamama).
We will also be offering online appointments via zoom should you be unable to make it into the office.
To book a 20 minute meeting with either an expert family solicitors or independent mortgage advisor, please call 0330 175 1234, email info@joneswhyte.co.uk, message us on Facebook or book online here - book.timify.com
Appointments will also be available on a drop in basis on the day and will operate on a first come first served basis.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
