R-CADE Summer Games calendar presents our latest LGBTQIA+ Gayme meetup. This meetup has been arranged in the cafe area of R-CADE for gaming fans to meet, make friends and play games.

You will be greeted by a member of the R-CADE staff and offered a nametag / pronoun tag, this is optional to wear during the meetup. A selection of our favourite tabletop games will be presented on our community table and you are welcome to join in games and meet other members of the group. If time permits, a member of staff will take you through and teach some of the boardgames on offer, but you are welcome to pick any games from our collection of over 250 boardgames in the cafe.

This event has been created for gamers aged 16+. The venue will still remain open to the public so there might still be families and children in the venue playing in our cafe and arcade, for this reason we cannot allow any games rated 15+ to be played during this time.

This event is being held in the arcade cafe. Booking a ticket for our Gayme meetup does not grant you access to the arcade area. If you wish to play in the arcade area you can pre book your passes via our website, or let a staff member know if you would like to join a game session during your stay. Please note that you receive a discount for booking arcade passes online.

The R-CADE cafe runs a standard cafe fair usage policy. In order to use our space and boardgames we ask that you purchase from our cafe menu. You can view our menu on our website. We also offer gluten free, vegan and dietary alternatives in our menu, plus specials on offer each week. Please note that food purchased outside cannot be consumed in the cafe.

Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
