Introduction to pressure points related to the metal element and the lungs.
ACTIVATIONS & STRETCHES:
A series of activations and stretches to encourage opening of
the meridian lines through which energy flows throughout the system.
5 ELEMENT FLOW:
Bringing yin and yang into balance
Flowing exercises are designed to open specific meridian
lines giving a free passage for the energy to follow.
HEALING SOUNDS:
6 Healing Sounds involves the coordination of movement
and breathing patterns with specific sounds.
INNER SMILE MEDITATION:
Smile inwardly to each of the major organs of our body,
activating the energy of loving-kindness within us.
TO CLOSE: Finishing with some cleansing Pu-erh tea for those who wish to stay.
