Yoga for Cancer
'Yoga for cancer' at The Kali Collective Studio in Glasgow City Centre is a class that is for anyone impacted by cancer in any form.
About Yoga for Cancer
The class is designed to be accessible, and the intention is to carve out a space for you to engage in a yoga practice safely, feel a sense of grounding and be around others that also have a relationship with cancer.
The class is also open to those caring for a family member or a friend. You will need to be reasonably mobile and able to move independently. Please note, all surgical incisions must be healed before attending class (at least 6 weeks post surgery). The class is a £5, if you are financially stretched at this time - please email us at hello@kalicollective.com so we can sign you up to practice for free.
The class is in-studio but also streamed online if you prefer to join from home. If you are new to class, please arrive 10 minutes early to touch base with Emily, to make sure you feel as supported as possible.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
