ARE YOU TIRED, ANXIOUS, STRESSED, IN NEED OF A GOOD REST? Then this 60 minutes session is for you

I am leading a new monthly Wildsong Yoga Nidra class in person at the gorgeous Yoga Barn and on Zoom, the last Wednesday of the month, 7.30-8.30pm GMT. £8

Following classes will be March 29th and April 26th

Yoga nidra is a deeply relaxing meditation practice we do mostly lying down or at least reclining and spend most of it either on the verge of sleep or asleep. It is very simple, I like to look at it is as an Enriched form of Sleep.

Comfort is key, so making a cosy nest is the practice prep and the rest, well I simply guide us to a deeper level of awareness and then back again. You will feel so well rested and often it can feel like we have rested for much longer than the actual length of the practice. When the girls were tiny, it was a life saver in helping boost my energy.

My nidras / deep relaxations are created live in the moment, and draw from some of the different schools of yoga nidra, in a welcoming, supportive and responsive space.

Each month will have a fresh theme, inspired by the change in season and nature on our very doorstep, with strands of the history, myth and neuroscience behind yoga nidra threaded through, to offer a deeply rewarding restful experience.
