About Screen 51 Film Festival
We have a sliding scale ticket system with the aim of making Screen 51 more accessible to more people.
The scheme works by having a sliding ticket price scale – our tickets are FREE, £2.50, £5, £7.50, or £10 – along with a recommendation of what people might choose to pay according to their personal situation.
Screen 51 will not ask for proof of personal situation.

Thursday 13th April: Strange World

Friday 14th April: Where The Crawdads Sing

From the best-selling novel comes a captivating mystery. Where the Crawdads Sing tells the story of Kya, an abandoned girl who raised herself to adulthood in the dangerous marshlands of North Carolina.
Friday 14th April: Top Gun: Maverick

A brand new take on the Tony and Olivier award-winning musical. Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical tells the story of an extraordinary girl, with a vivid imagination, who dares to take a stand to change her story with miraculous results.

Surrounded by sporadic violence and growing danger, nine-year-old Buddy finds himself confronted with the ugly reality of sectarian conflict. And the suffocating stranglehold of increasing turmoil tightening around his once-peaceful neighbourhood.

Sunday 16th April: Downton Abbey: A New Era

The original principal cast have returned for the second film along with new additions.

The film explores the life and music of Elvis Presley, seen through the prism of his complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker.
