Tai Chi Beginners Course
12 Week Course – Starting May 2023
Beginners to Intermediate – In-Person, Live-Online & Recorded

An introductory 12-week course which includes Tai Chi 37 Form (Simplified Yang Style Tai Chi), Qigong and Tai Chi partnerwork. Suitable for complete beginners, continuing students and those with some experience looking for more depth and detail in their Tai Chi practice.

The course will focus on learning a short Tai Chi sequence of 17 movements (the first section of the 37 Form) – and will also include Tai Chi principles and theory, Tai Chi Qigong & foundation exercises (Nei gong) and an introduction to Tai Chi partnerwork – the course will be taught at an accessible level, in a structured & progressive manner. providing a good foundation in Tai Chi practice

COURSE DATES & TIMES:
Weekly In-Person Classes – Wednesdays 6pm to 7:30pm (from 3rd May 2023)

Weekly Live-Online Classes – Thursdays 6:30pm to 8pm (from 4th May 2023)

Weekend In-Person Workshops – mostly Saturdays, some Sundays – 11:30am to 1pm (from 6th May 2023)

£180 (Full 12 Week Course Payment) £60 (Monthly Payment)
