Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain and anxiety and is an incredible tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. Over the course of this 6 weeks you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with different meditation techniques, consider what mindfulness is and how you can use it to help simplify your life.
The course is suitable for complete beginners, those who think they will never be able to learn to meditate as well as those with experience who have ‘Zen mind, beginner's mind’.
Feedback from previous participants:
"Thank you Vicky for the amazing introduction to mindfulness. Everyday life is so much simpler. I'm much more relaxed, content and don't overthink as much, I love using it each day!"
"Due to a focus on your whole week, it's been easy to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. I am so much kinder to myself and patient overall. Thank you!"
"Whenever I get to a place where I lose my patience I now concentrate on my breathing and manage to handle the challenge much more effectively. Mindfulness has brought a new perspective to my life, and I am much more aware and present in my day-to-day life."
"I feel much calmer now and more in control of my thoughts. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and would not hesitate to recommend Vicky to beginners in Mindfulness."
