About Gin & Rum Bothy In-Store Tasting at Geraldo’s
Sample the original small batch Bothy Gin, the gorgeously summery Raspberry Infused Liqueur and the Spiced Bothy Rum - Scotland's only three-star Great Taste award-winning rum!
Established in 2015 and based in the heart of the Scottish Angus Glens, Gin Bothy is an independent producer of speciality spirits. Kim Cameron, the founder of Gin Bothy, has her roots firmly embedded in Scottish folk culture. The spirit of the Scottish bothy lives and breathes through the brand she created – a reassuring, welcoming escape in a fast moving and demanding world.
RUM BOTHY SPICED BOTHY RUM
Scotland's only 3 star Great Taste Award winning rum. Handcrafted in Scotland.
This hand batch spirit blends distilled and cask-aged rums with spices, including saffron hand-picked in the Strathmore valley. The end result is something rather special — a premium, full-strength, sweet sipping rum. With base notes of saffron, orange and mixed spice, it's perfect on ice or in a cocktail.
GIN BOTHY ORIGINAL
This classic gin, embraces the Bothy values of independence and authenticity. With a splash of tonic, a cube of ice and a slice of orange, it’s an experience to relish.
Distilled with the finest botanicals from the great Scottish outdoors, including Scots pine needles, heather, milk thistle, hawthorn root and rosemary – much of them gathered locally!
RASPBERRY INFUSED LIQUEUR
Imbued with flavours from Scotland’s natural larder, this premium fruit infused gin is never out of place. Enjoy neat or with a mixer – perhaps even champagne or prosecco – when it’s time to celebrate or to relax. It's the perfect pick me up for the summer!
The berries are grown in the fields of Angus and Perthshire, many within sight of the Bothy itself.
This is a FREE event and no booking required! Just pop into our shop in Largs.
