This weekly class will involve Cunningham and release techniques and will be adapted throughout to meet the ability of all the dancers attending. You will explore the principles of expansion, transference of weight, floorwork and travelling developing the exercises each week.
This is a fun class for dancers aged 16 years and over who have a little dance experience and want to enjoy learning contemporary dance technique in a supportive environment. Classes take place on a Tuesday evening at our purpose built dance studios.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
