About Dancing Spirals - Kundalini Workshop & Gong Bath
In Kundalini Yoga we tap into the divine energy within us, Shakti, often described as the primal, creative force of the universe. This energy lies dormant at the base of the spine, coiled like a serpent. During this session, we’ll awaken Shakti and allow it to flow, like a graceful dance of spirals, rising and falling, landing softly in the body.
Through a blend of movement, breath, meditation and sound current, we’ll explore pathways to channel this powerful force. Imagine co-creating a harmonious and transformative dance of energy that connects us with our higher selves, each other and universal consciousness as One.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion and light blanket if needed for comfort. All bodies welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
About the teacher:
Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow. She offers a welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal - to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.
