Reading carefully selected extracts from her new book, Other Ways to Win, Lee Craigie takes us on a candid journey behind the scenes, exploring topics such as identity, loss, success, freedom, and our connection to the natural world. She takes us on a 550-mile non-stop mountain bike time trial around the Scottish Highlands and back to a youth project in Inverness, before journeying from Canada to Mexico then returning to the wild imaginings of an eight-year-old exploring her local woods. This is not just a book about bike riding; it is a competitive cyclist’s reflections on success.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
