Combining yoga, wellness and fine cooking for a bespoke getaway that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
This day retreat on 14th October offers an opportunity to unwind and reconnect with yourself and with nature. You will leave our hideaway having had many moments to reflect, recuperate and more.
The yoga classes will cover pranayama and meditation techniques as well as the physical postures. Generally, the morning class is more of an energising flow and the afternoon/evening tends to be a slower paced, more restorative practice.
The day retreat is suitable for everyone, from beginners looking to kickstart their yoga/wellness journey to regular practitioners, and adaptations and modifications will always be provided at any level in classes and activities.
All activities throughout the retreats are optional. If you do not wish to partake in a particular activity, you are free to spend your own time as desired, be it a stroll around the grounds, swimming in the loch or journalling by the fire.
