About Late Autumn One Day Restorative Mindfulness Retreat
An opportunity to slow down, step out of the hustle and bustle of pre-festive whirlpool, get introduced to or refresh the practice of simply being with one's body and mind, bringing more calm, clarity, ease and vitality into the present moment experience.
Slow(er) yoga based movement practices, calming breath work, group discussions, mindful craft activity.
Asana (yogic postures) suitable for all fitness levels. No prior experience of Yoga or Mindfulness is required.
Light vegetarian lunch , tea/coffee, juices, fruit and snacks will be available.
Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
