In Kundalini Yoga numerology, 11 represents embodiment, infinity and the Universal sound current or Naad. It’s when mind, body and soul are balanced and in harmony. It holds your potential for abundance, wisdom and new possibilities. You don’t have to find anything outside of you. The jewels are all in you. You’re lit up from within.
11/11 is a master number for transformation. It’s a potent time to come together and honour our connection with the Divine. It invites us to awaken our potential, expand and align our truth with each other. A reminder to pause, reflect, and turn our attention to the connection we share with life itself.
In this session, we’ll explore pathways, sensing and feeling into the body’s wisdom to shift old patterns, strengthen our intuition and welcome in the new. Experience a blend of breathwork, movement, meditation and sacred sound.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/ light blanket for comfort. All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
