About Pop-up Restaurant - Sara & Guy at The Haberdashery
Since the beginning people have loved, argued and bonded over food and drink. Forget fine dining and join us at the table for an immersive experience with friends. A place bringing like-minded people together to connect, share and savour.
We introduce you to Glasgow’s food titans, Sara Sinclair and Guy Cowan, who will be taking over The Haberdashery kitchen, with a series of unique pop-up menus.
Showcasing their combined craft, Sara of nosh (Scottish caterer of the year) and Guy, renowned restaurateur of Guys restaurant (a Glasgow institution), they will be kicking off with the November series, bringing the traditional Italian family supper to The Haberdashery.
Everything on the menu is there for you to share.
