Join CBT Therapists Hannah Goldie and Jennifer Slann for their 8-week ADHD CBT Therapy Group in Glasgow City Centre from Tuesday 13th February.
About ADHD CBT Therapy Group (8 weeks)
8 week CBT group for those with ADHD diagnosis’ or those on the waitlist to receive diagnosis.
This group focuses on psycho-education about ADHD, support from peers and 2 amazing therapists and learning tools and techniques to help manage symptoms with ADHD.
Located in Glasgow city centre on Buchanan street from 5.30-7.30pm every Tuesday starting from 13/02/2024.
