About Sophrology in French
We are delighted to inform you that Cybèle Haim will be hosting a sophrology session in our premises. This session is suitable for everyone, you just need to bring a bottle of water and comfy clothes.
Sophrology is a holistic self-development method that blends relaxation, mindfulness, gentle body movements and visualisation techniques.
Developed in the 1960s, it emphasises achieving a state of dynamic relaxation, helping individuals manage stress, boost self-awareness, and find balance. Sophrology is often used for personal growth, enhancing well-being, and improving mental and emotional states.
