Exploring the Power of Hypnotherapy and EFT for Anxiety Relief

Are you struggling with anxiety? Come along and experience hypnotherapy and EFT in action. Learn techniques to manage your anxiety and take part in a relaxing group hypnosis session in Glasgow’s West End.

During this group session you will be guided into a relaxed state through visualisation and suggestion. Through hypnotherapy you will reframe your perspective and build resilience against anxiety triggers. In this session you will also learn how EFT (tapping) can be used for anxiety relief and be lead through the tapping process.

In today's fast-paced world, anxiety affects millions of people worldwide. While there are various treatments available, hypnotherapy has emerged as a powerful tool in alleviating anxiety and promoting overall well-being. With its roots in ancient healing practices and backed by modern research, hypnotherapy offers a unique approach to addressing anxiety by accessing the unconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy utilises guided relaxation, focused attention, and suggestive imagery to induce a state of heightened awareness known as trance. Individuals under hypnosis remain fully in control and are not asleep. Instead, they experience a deep state of relaxation where their unconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions.

Hypnotherapy and EFT are powerful tools for overcoming anxiety and reclaiming control over your mental and emotional well-being. Come along and learn how to live a life free from the grip of anxiety and pave the way for inner peace, resilience, and fulfilment.

Saturday the 16th of March 9am – 10.30am with Lee Adkins – Clinical Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner

Maximum group size of 6 so please book early to avoid disappointment.
