Women On Wheels are taking over The Loading Bay Skatepark allowing participants to try out beginner sessions in BMXing, MTBing, roller-skating, parkour, trampolining, and skateboarding!
About Skatepark Takeover: Women, Girls and Non-Binary Only Night
On Monday, 25th March 6-9 pm, Women On Wheels and The Loading Bay Skatepark welcome participants to try out beginner sessions in BMXing, MTBing, roller-skating, parkour, trampolining, and skateboarding, all under the guidance of experienced coaches.
Beyond the physical activities, the event will also feature food, a prayer area, arts and crafts activities for children and informational stalls hosted by various women’s organisations. Music and a DJ will keep the atmosphere lively throughout the night.
Whether you're a seasoned skateboarder, BMXer or roller-skater or a complete beginner, everyone is invited to join us for an unforgettable evening of learning and fun at The Loading Bay Skatepark.
This event is open to women, girls, and non-binary people, along with their children (girls of all ages welcome, boys up to 12 years of age). Only kids aged 6 and above can participate in cycling/skating/trampolining/parkour.
The event is now sold out on Eventbrite, but we still welcome people at the doors.
