About Fused Glass Workshop
Join glass artist Kimberley Armstrong for a relaxed, fun, creative day making your own fused glass decoration. You will have the choice of making your own design including a suncatcher, trinket dish/tea light candle holder, plant stick, jewellery and more.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
You will be guided through the basic steps of glass fusing to create a fused glass project of your choice. You will learn how to cut glass and use a range of glass types (glass frits, powders, stringers and confetti) to decorate your glass which will then be fused together at high temperatures in a kiln.
No previous experience is necessary.
WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME:
At the end of the class your glass will be put into the kiln to be fired. Your finished piece will then be posted to you (collection can also be arranged).
* There will be a maximum of 4 participants to ensure plenty of individual attention.
* All participants will receive further information prior to the workshop via email.
