The Wellness Festival is a day full of fun activities that you can decide which to be part of. Whether you want to get involved in everything or just pop along to shop and have lunch at the pop up market.

Try out a new workout, hang out with likeminded people and meet new friends. We have @puntspots Pottery Painting sessions, Journalling Activities, skincare demos with Laura Porter.

Shopping with Sweaty Betty, ZO Jewellery, Kiwi & Co and many more. Lunch options will be provided by the amazing team at the Haberdashery.

We also have the incredible Mrs Brain Trainer hosting a live mindfulness session for those who purchase a Full ticket at £40.

Chose one of four classes run by well known instructors to let you try a 40 minutes workout, @SorellaStrength with kettlebells, @katieandmovement hosting a Barre class, @jen.hen hosting a yoga class and a breathwork session and Susan McMillan with Pilates.

You do not need to be advanced for these classes, beginners are fully welcomed to join these sessions.
