About Conscious Cup: Mindful Tea Blending Workshop

Tea rituals create moments of calm, moments of grounding and of profound connection with ourselves. They remind us to slow down, to breathe and to find solace in the simple pleasures of life.

You will create your own herbal tea blend to enjoy at the event as well as to take home with you. We will weave this unique experience of blending tea with grounding meditation to promote mindfulness and conscious action.
