Half Day Charity Wellness Retreat

The Soul Works is launching their first-ever charity retreat, taking place at Reset Yoga in Glasgow on Saturday 11th May!

Half Day Charity Wellness Retreat

About Half Day Charity Wellness Retreat

The event will allow females the chance to indulge in a transformative half-day wellness event that not only nurtures well-being but proceeds from the event is supporting an incredible cause, Women for Women UK.

Guests can expect the half-day event to start with a 45-minute yoga session delivered by Paula McGuire (@you._bypaula), followed by 45 minutes of reiki and a reiki-infused sound bath guided by (@theweeyogistudio), Gemma Mack (@gemmalouisehealing_) and Donna Blainey (@acaciahealing). The complete experience will allow for complete relaxation and rejuvenation all guided by experienced practitioners.

Each ticket includes a deluxe goody bag to take home which has been carefully curated to continue your self-care routine at home ensuring the benefits of the retreat extend far beyond the event. Goody bags include gifts sponsored by local businesses including Essence of Harris, La Luna Crystals and Wandercuppa and snacks provided by Planted by Cali.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Women to Women UK, an organization dedicated to empowering and assisting women in war-torn areas. Every penny raised from this event will directly contribute to their noble mission, making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Retreat organisers Donna Blainey and Freya Hall said: “We’re delighted to bring such a fantastic event to Glasgow and to support such a wonderful cause. The day will allow participants the chance to relax, rejuvenate and meet other like-minded woman. The response so far has been amazing, and we have limited tickets available but we are also looking at bringing different formats of this retreat to venues across the city.”
