In these classes you will learn three types of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.
Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk, and some discussion.
These classes are the perfect preparation for our Inner Peace Urban Retreat Weekend (Friday eve May 3 to Sunday lunchtime May 5).
