Join the team in the R-CADE cafe every Friday evening where they will be digging out a selection of boardgames from their collection to play!
About R-CADE Boardgames Meetup
R-CADE Glasgow cafe hosts a weekly boardgame meetup for anyone to join in. Each week staff will choose a different boardgame from the R-CADE games catalogue of over 250 tabletop games for the group to learn and play throughout the evening.
Our full games list can be viewed on our website, and we will announce our game of choice on our socials before each weekly event.
This event has been created for anyone looking to find a fun and inclusive space to enjoy tabletop games with friends, or to make new friends and learn new games. You are not required to join in the meetup at our big cafe table when you arrive, you can even choose a different game from our collection and play with others or by yourself.
About the R-CADE cafe:
We are a tabletop gaming and nostalgia cafe packed with hundreds of games to play, retro toys to enjoy, vhs movies to watch and a fantastic menu offering hot and cold drinks, cakes, sandwiches and toasties. Menu can be viewed on our website HERE . Our cafe is family friendly from 12-7pm, but from 7pm onwards we are strictly over 18's, this includes all boardgame and special events. ID may be asked when you arrive so please make sure to bring ID along.
The boardgame meetup event is a free event. We have reserved 8 spaces at no charge, but our cafe seats up to 15 people, so if you are not able to reserve a ticket there may still be space available at a first come, first served basis if you arrive on time.
Please note that we host a fair usage policy in our cafe; a drink / snack must be purchased during your visit.
If you reserve a ticket but are unable to attend, please make sure to contact us so we can offer this reserved space to another person wishing to attend.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
