About Walking Football
Walking football is a fun twist on regular football! Designed for older adults and those with less mobility, it’s a more relaxed version of the game that welcomes participants of all ages. Join us and enjoy the benefits of staying active while having a great time on the pitch.
Instead of running, players walk. This lowers the intensity and physical strain, making it perfect for seniors or folks on the mend from injuries. It’s a fun way to stay active without overdoing it.
No need to book, come join us and give walking football a try!
