We are thrilled to share that our Springburn Art Jam is coming back this year on 7th + 8th June, a creative collaboration between Springburn Auditorium and Mortar Projects.
Some of the activities you can expect during that weekend will involve:
Various artists will once again transform the outside of Springburn Auditorium through their graffiti art. Watch them live as they spray-paint and create new images across the building.
Free graffiti workshops for participants: one workshop for young people aged 10-16, one for adults (16+). You will even get to contribute to the outside of our venue!
An ocean-themed paper mache crafts workshop to celebrate World Oceans Day, which coincides with our art weekend - a fun way to explore the importance of our oceans.
A spray-can art workshop which integrates our passion for upcycling.
It'll be colorful, fun, creative, and best of all, it will be completely FREE to attend!
Workshop spots are very limited to ensure everyone gets a full experience, and priority will be given to people from the local area. Head over to our website now to book your spot! www.auditoriumcic.com/tickets
This event is funded by Glasgow City Council's Area budget, for which we are very grateful.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
