A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience for your mind, body and soul. You will start with some gentle breath and meditation exercises and then relax into the sound and vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes and other beautiful instruments. The vibrations help move stagnant energy and clear the mind as you move into a calm meditative state.
Please dress in comfortable warm clothing and bring with you any pillows, mats and blankets to make yourself comfortable as you lay back and immerse yourself in the sound. You can either lay on your back (with yoga mat/blanket for support) or sit if laying on your back is not possible.
