About Free Yoga Taster Session
Yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety, increase flexibility, aid relaxation, and improve sleep. Our free yoga taster session is happening on Wednesday 19 June 2024 from 10am – 11am at Oatlands Hub, 2 Wolseley Terrace, Glasgow G5 0LS This sessions is for adults who live in the Glasgow City Council postcode area.
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment
