What does it mean to be a mother in or out of your mother tongue? What are the benefits and challenges of telling children – and everyone else – stories in minoritised languages? This event will be a chance to reflect on the language choices we make when we make art for children.
Joined by Naomi Doyle, Tamar’s co-creator, we will hear about their experience of making Mali a’r Môr / Mali & the Sea, performed earlier in the day, while Ishbel will discuss her Early Years residency at The Village.
Suitable for all ages.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
