About Think More Positively & Self Esteem

You are worth thinking about! Make time every day to be with your POSITIVE self. Think about your INNER RESOURCES. Feeling anxious, critical of others, sad, angry? How can I have the willpower to change old thinking patterns? So get to know your self again. You can choose the quality of YOUR thoughts and feelings. Your mind creates a quality experience.

Meditate every day. You are a thinking being. Pay attention to your thoughts. Create more positive thoughts.

BEGINNERS WELCOME. Being peaceful is the first step in meditation and this leads to experiences such as love, empowerment & bliss. Raja Yoga meditation redefines the self as a soul and enables a direct connection and relationship with the Supreme Source of purest energy and highest consciousness, God.

Speaker: Rose Goodenough who co-ordinates the centre has been practising & teaching meditation since the early 1980s. Sister Rose has a wealth of wisdom. Her talks have been described as practical, powerful and uplifting.

Getting to us by bus

Take the 18, 43, 46, 64, 65, 164, 263 or 2 to London Road/Bridgeton Cross

Getting to us by train

The closest railway station is Bridgeton station – take the low-level train from Glasgow Central.

Please note that Bridgeton Station is not wheelchair-accessible, and the platforms are accessed by a long flight of stairs. The closest wheelchair-accessible station is Dalmarnock Station, which is approximately 3/4 mile (1.2 km).

A one-minute walk from Red Tree Business Suites, Bridgeton Station is on the Argyle Street Line providing 6 trains per hour each way, with journey times as follows:

Glasgow Argyle Street: 3 mins

Glasgow Central: 5 mins

Getting to us by bicycle

Cycling Route 75 follows the Clyde to Glasgow Green which is a 3 minute ride from us along cycle paths. CycleStreets.net to plan your journey to and from GWL.

PARKING

Free car parking is available in the surrounding side streets .
