In Traditional Chinese Medicine, late summer corresponds to the nurturing Earth element, as well as the stomach, spleen, pancreas and muscles. This is a powerful time for us to fully ripen and transform.
The Fire element, linked to the Heart, nourishes the Earth.
The Stomach channel helps you to receive the abundance of nature, while the Spleen takes what the Stomach has prepared and uses it to nourish the body’s cells.
A healthy Spleen nourishes us not only at a physical level, but also brings balance and harmony to our minds and spirit.
All bodies are welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.

• Seasonal movement
