Are you ready to step into the squared circle and begin your journey to becoming a professional wrestler? The Glasgow Pro Wrestling Asylum (GPWA), the official training school of Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW), is now accepting students for its upcoming 8-week intake course starting Monday, 9th September.
Under the guidance of ICW stars like Jack Jester and Theo Doros, you’ll learn the fundamentals of professional wrestling in a safe, supportive, and challenging environment. Our comprehensive beginner’s course is designed to take you from novice to pro-ready, with an assessment at the end to test your skills and knowledge.
What’s Involved?
The beginner's intake system is made up of 3 8-week blocks.
8-Week Block 1: The first block focuses on the basics—everything from footwork to conditioning.
Assessment: At the end of the block, you’ll undergo a practical assessment. Passing this will grant you access to Block 2, where the training intensifies.
Progression: Pass all three 8-week blocks, and you’ll graduate to our main class.
How Much?
Total Cost: £150.00 for the first 8-week block.
Secure Your Spot: A £75.00 deposit is required immediately, with the remaining £75.00 due by week 2.
Where?
Location: The Asylum, 210 Kennedy Street, G4 0BQ.
Schedule: Every Monday at 6pm for 2 hours.
Spaces are limited, so don’t miss your chance to train at Scotland’s premier wrestling school! Whether you dream of making it to the big leagues or just want to try something new and exciting, GPWA is the perfect place to start.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
