About An Afternoon Of Mindfulness
Vicky warmly invites you to an Afternoon of Mindfulness, on the theme of Gratitude - an opportunity to pause, breathe and bring some stillness to your day through meditation practice, mindful enquiry and periods of silence.
Through exploring gratitude, we will be able to reflect on what arises for us with the concept of impermanence and how Mindfulness can help us enjoy and feel gratitude in the present moment.
Suited to those with some experience of Mindfulness meditation however all are welcome to attend.
Concession price available for anyone who would find the standard price a barrier to booking. If finances are a barrier to you joining us, please get in touch.
