About Autumn Mini Retreat - An afternoon of Mindfulness
As we see and feel the energies of the season changing and shifting into winter we might wish to reflect on how we can live more in harmony with nature and find greater contentment in the darker days to come. If you'd like to take some time out to reset, come and join Mindfulness teacher and researcher Lucy Trend for an afternoon of guided mindfulness, reflections and somatic meditations to find more balance and ease as we move into winter. £40 or pay according to your means, minimum £20.
