About Pelvic Floor Health Workshop
Unlock the power of a strong and healthy pelvic floor with this specialized workshop, using the Essentrics movement technique! This short workshop is designed to help you strengthen your core, improve pelvic floor function, and enhance overall mobility through gentle, full-body movements.
Led by Level 4 certified Essentrics Instructor Joanne Moller, this session will guide you through science-backed techniques that support pelvic floor health. Whether you’re looking to prevent or alleviate discomfort, this workshop will provide you with the tools to:
-Strengthen and relax your pelvic floor
-Relieve lower back, pelvic, and abdominal pain
-Improve posture, balance, and flexibility
-Reduce urinary incontinence and pelvic organ pressure
-Move with confidence and ease!
In this two-hour workshop we'll discuss:
-What the Pelvic Floor is
-What Pelvic Floor Dysfunction is
-How Breathing, the Core System & the Pelvic Floor work together
-Essentrics® Exercises for rebalancing and strengthening the pelvic floor
No matter your fitness level, this gentle yet effective approach will help you feel empowered and in control of your body.
