Sound Body Synergy is an invitation to discover the somatic experience of sound in resonance with the body as a somatic and mindful experience. Immersed in waves of harmonious sound vibration, you will be invited to move and be moved, touch and be touched, and feel the subtle flow and vibration of your own authentic energy frequencies.
This is the offering of Iain Ross, Glasgow Sound Bath, and Lucy Trend, Shiatsu and Thai Massage Training Scotland, who combine their skills to create an experience of Sound Body Synergy which is unique for each session. Iain brings together many years of experience as a musician, sound therapist and healer to facilitate a heightened flow-state of alert presence and deep relaxation. Lucy brings her experience of mindfulness, dance and hands-on touch skills from her Shiatsu and Thai Massage background to guide a deeply embodied and somatic experience of the sound.
