Experience the magic of the holiday season at Sloans' Festive Fair on Sunday 8th December, explore the Christmas markets, meet Santa, listen to carols and marvel at the twinkling lights!
About Sloans’ Festive Fair
Glasgow’s oldest bar and restaurant Sloans is hosting a free Festive Fair between 1pm – 5pm complete with carol singers, amazing independent stalls and a visit from Santa Claus himself.
Just a stone’s throw away from Buchanan Street, Sloans is one of Glasgow’s best-kept hidden gems with three beautiful floors to discover, all beautifully decorated for Christmas making it the perfect spot to visit after a day of Christmas shopping in the city centre.
Carol singers from 1pm – 3pm in the courtyard
The chance to meet, and get a pic with, Santa Claus, first come first served from 1pm – 4pm
2 floors of market stalls on the upper level of Sloans, packed with amazing independent artisans and makers to help you find the perfect gifts
Hot festive drinks (both boozy and non-alcoholic) in the Courtyard Bar inc mulled wines and Baileys hot choc
Festive food inc Sloans legendary Mac & Cheese topped with pigs in blankets!
Nicola Wilkinson, ops director for Sloans said: “Santa Claus is coming to Sloans and we can’t wait to meet him! If you’re in town on the 8th and looking for some festive fun, we’re just down the cobbles off Buchanan Street with an amazing free festive fair for all ages.”
Sloans is Glasgow’s oldest bar and restaurant and one of the city’s best-loved venues – famed for its Friday Night Ceilidh which sells out every week in the Ballroom, and its legendary macaroni cheese.
