Join us in the historic Reading Room of the Arlington Baths for a 90-minute soundbath of deep rest and resonance. Surrounded by gentle light and vaulted quiet, you’ll be immersed in live acoustic sound — gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells.
A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness. This event is open to all. No experience necessary.
Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance — but the invitation is simply to rest.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them — we have a few spares. Warm layers or socks are recommended.
Doors close at 2:05pm and late entry is not possible.
We offer sliding scale pricing: £20 / £25 / £30 — all tickets offer the same experience — choose the price that feels right for you.
We look forward to welcoming you.
Facilitated by Iain — sound artist, musician, and founder of Glasgow Soundbath.
