About 2025 Vision Boards with Shuna Mercer
During this workshop you will have the opportunity to allow yourself time and space to create your own vision board with everything you need provided for you. Vision boards are a powerful tool to manifest your hopes, dreams and desires and bring them into reality.
What to Expect:
Reflection & Intention Setting: We’ll start with a short guided meditation, allowing you to tap into your inner wisdom and gain clarity on the goals you want to focus on in the year ahead. This practice will help you release any distractions and really centre yourself before diving into the creative process.
Creating Your Vision Board: Vision boards are a transformative tool that uses images, words, and symbols to represent your dreams and intentions. With a variety of art materials, magazines, and supplies provided, you’ll create a vision board that visually represents the life you want to manifest—whether that’s physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
Personal Reflection & Guidance: Shuna will be there to support you throughout the process, offering guidance on how to craft a vision board that reflects your true desires. No previous crafting experience is necessary—this is all about intuition and intention, not perfection!
Bring Your Own Special Touch: Feel free to bring any personal photos, images, or meaningful art materials you’d like to incorporate into your vision board. These will help make your creation even more personal and powerful.
