We are excited to welcome you to the Glasgow Wellness Collective.
We host a monthly one-hour meeting every second Saturday at the Soul Food Kitchen, offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in health and well being to connect with like-minded people.
These gatherings provide a welcoming space to discuss various topics related to wellness and explore new ideas for maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Whether you're passionate about nutrition, mindfulness, fitness, or mental health, the collective encourages open dialogue and mutual support among its members. We will chat around a monthly theme to explore ideas around well being together.
We will have a theme each month to chat about, but encourage you to be part of shaping this group. We will see what themes you are interested in and design future themes together.

Join this vibrant group to gain insights, make new friends, and leave feeling inspired and rejuvenated. Attendance is free, but we recommend you book your place in advance.
