About The Prenatal Chill
Nestled in the calming environment that this light and beautiful venue provides, this retreat from day-to-day life offers the ideal space for stress-relief, restoration and the celebration of you at this special time in your life.
Due to the wonderful feedback received from our previous events, we are extending our offering to a full day retreat and providing a delicious lunch from a local café. There will be generous time for each of the practices and space in between for integration and time to connect with other pregnant people. The opportunity to connect and bond with other expectant mums was an element of previous retreats that our attendees felt was particularly special, and we couldn’t agree more!
The Prenatal Chill retreat will include:
> Beginner-friendly prenatal yoga
> Sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls
> Yoga Nidra for Pregnancy
> Self-acupressure massage using ‘massage balls’
> A delicious, freshly prepared lunch
> Refreshing , warm tea throughout the day
> A ‘goodie bag’ just for you
All of this, plus the opportunity to learn techniques that will support your well-being throughout your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Whether you’re seeking connection, rest, support, or simply a chance to spend time with a community of local mums-to-be, we look forward to welcoming you to our Prenatal Chill retreat.
