PROGRAMME
Friday evening: Introductions, gentle grounding and a light meal together.
Saturday: Morning spa & self-reflection. Afternoon healing workshop.
Sunday: Deep-dive healing, embodiment practices, closing circle.

Group healing sessions and hands-on exercises. Roberta and Britt draw on their over 35 years combined experience and healing modalites such as:
