These workshops are free to attend for anyone aged 7 to 11. Our aim is to introduce young people with a range of practices and skills which can help support them to manage their own wellbeing.
The After School Club will run weekly between 3.45pm and 5pm on Tuesdays. The workshop itself will be an hour from 4-5pm. Young people can arrive from 3.45pm for socialising time with some juice and a healthy snack.

Wk3. 6th May - Introduction to Kundalini Yoga
Wk4. 13th May - Zentangle- discover calm & creativity!
Wk5. 20th May - Let's Get Moving & Grooving! (Dance Workshop)
Wk6. 27th May - Sound Healing
