Awaken your inner strength and vitality through embodied movement, breathwork, meditation and sacred sound.
With summer solstice approaching, it’s time to harness the sun’s energy, raise your vibration and celebrate all of your being. Vitality is a quality of spirit within. It's a universal gift of consciousness, caliber and strength. When faced with challenges and stresses in daily life, it's easy to lose sight of it.
In this session, gain practical tools and techniques of Kundalini yoga, meditation and sacred sound to help fully accept this gift. To nurture it, release it and set your spirit free.
Through this practice, we can experience benefits such as:
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Balanced glandular and nervous system
- Increased stability and vitality
- Improved mental clarity and concentration
- Sharper senses and greater awareness
- Shifting of old patterns to sense freedom from within
The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They infuse every cell and fibre of the body, boosting circulation. This aids release of physical, energetic and emotional blocks to soothe and calm the nerves. The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper connection to our inner and outer worlds.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience necessary.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Studio mats provided but you may prefer to bring your own. Bring a bottle of water, a cushion/light blanket for comfort. Not suitable during pregnancy. Arrive 10 mins before to settle in the space.
